Service and quality are central to the Coates Scotland way of operating. We use the most modern IT to support this

• HSE: Coates Scotland is part of the Group HSE system including driver manuals, induction process, training system, vehicle checks and maintenance, management reporting and review
• Quality: KPI monitoring through TPN and Hazchem Network systems
• IT: Roadrunner Roadtech traffic and warehouse systems, linked in TPN and Hazchem (Carriernet) pallet control and vehicle tracking. Email communication as standard and EDI on request
